Shipping Policy

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received and expedited shipping orders, such as 2 Day Air, are elevated in priority to meet the delivery deadline. All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles California via UPS, USPS and FEDEX (preferred rate). Mono B ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by UPS. 3rd party carrier options are available upon request. (Please contact us in advance for the additional information and its arrangement)

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Expedited orders placed before 10:00 am PST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped within 2~3 business days.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO or FPO address (USPS options are available for PO Boxes). Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review in which case the customer will need to be contacted. This can delay the shipping time. Mono B cannot guarantee same day expedited shipping when an order is placed on hold for review.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories:

Only standard delivery is available.
All packages are sent via United States Postal Services.
U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.


We provide international shipping including Canada, UK, Europe, South America, etc. International clients may wish to use a freight forwarder, and please contact us for additional information for shipping quotation.


Backordered styles will ship as they arrive without contact from us unless you request otherwise in the Special Comments field on the order. Shipping charged on all backorder shipments.

If you want to track your order shipment you can do so by visiting and using the following methods.

Signing in to My Account and checking order history.
Clicking order status and using the order number that was provided to you.
If the item has been shipped, you will see a tracking number that you can enter on the courier’s website.


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please also note that all return and exchanges, there will be restocking fee. To avoid restocking fees, please consult with mono b buyer success team prior to its arrangement.
