Customer Success Team Member

Job Description:

  • Providing prompt and friendly customer support via phone, email, FreshDesk chats, and messages on wholesale platforms (such as FashionGo, LA Showroom, and OrangeShine)
  • Processing web orders whilst ensuring orders are shipped accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of/experience in Authorize.net is preferred but not required.
  • Uploading and managing product listings on multiple wholesale platforms.
  • Managing returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting technical and billing issues. Knowledge of/experience in Magento is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish and or Korean is preferred).
  • Fast learner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Meticulous.
  • Team player.
  • Legal to work in the US (able to provide SSN).
  • Able to work full-time in downtown Los Angeles, Monday to Friday.

Hours:

  • Full time
  • 8 AM - 4.30 PM or 8.30 AM - 5 PM.
