- Providing prompt and friendly customer support via phone, email, FreshDesk chats, and messages on wholesale platforms (such as FashionGo, LA Showroom, and OrangeShine)
- Processing web orders whilst ensuring orders are shipped accurately and efficiently. Knowledge of/experience in Authorize.net is preferred but not required.
- Uploading and managing product listings on multiple wholesale platforms.
- Managing returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting technical and billing issues. Knowledge of/experience in Magento is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish and or Korean is preferred).
- Fast learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Team player.
- Legal to work in the US (able to provide SSN).
- Able to work full-time in downtown Los Angeles, Monday to Friday.
- Full time
- 8 AM - 4.30 PM or 8.30 AM - 5 PM.
- Pay depends on experience.
