RETURN POLICY


1.Claims for any damage must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
2.The price of merchandise does not included shipping and handling fees.
3.Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
4.All sales are final and returns are only accepted if the item(s) is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent, and please contact us within 24 hours to request RA form. (213-746-0000)
5.Orders containing pre-order items will be added to your back order, and if you wish to receive call back when the merchandise arrive, please call us and let us know.
6.Restocking fee or 15%~25% for returned items without any properly explained reasons, and merchandise kept for over 7 days will occur restocking fee of %25. 20% restocking charge on ALL RETURNED GOODS FOR CREDIT after 7 days.
7.No store credit is issued after 15 days. (No returns for special orders or private label items.)
8.$25.00 charge for any returned checks or multiple decline transaction.
